It affects how one feels, thinks and behaves and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. One may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes, you may feel as if life isn’t worth living.

Anita Sookie, a journalist, encouraged people that despite what they are going through, they should not be discouraged. He urged them to live for the moment because everything is vanity.
“I have been a horrible person. I have been a good person, had money, and got broke. These things are not predictable. Just live your life. Everything is ephemeral. Today you love gin, tomorrow you like rum, the next day it is tea in a thermos with the homies. Live for the moment,” she said.
Anita added, “Salutations to the sun, no regrets if you give everything you have freely, if you enjoy freely, if you do things without the expectation that they will be returned. A lot of things are just vanity, live your life.”
Her followers come out to express their support for her sentiment saying it is not worth living a life that entices people rather than being oneself adding that trying to prove a point to people is the main cause of stress, depression and even some end up committing suicide.
