For Jackie Arinda, the CEO of Jada Coffee in Uganda, which is a grown company based in Kampala that purchases coffee directly from farmers and sells it to both local and international markets, growing older is exciting but scary.

“Friday 10th of February was my birthday and I must say it’s exciting but scary. The questions of what have I achieved? Will my company make it to the top? Am I late for children and marriage? Am I doing the right things, on the right path? Do you ever have the same questions? What’s your advice?” she asked.
