Uju Anya, a Nigerian-born Professor and researcher in Applied Linguistics Professional, has expressed his disappointment saying she is very heartbroken for women and girls in this world. This is because some men believe ‘do not rape your wife’ is a controversial statement.
“For those coming to play gotcha about women raping men or wives raping husbands, I see you. I see you here now because I never see you anywhere else talking about men being raped except when someone raises the topic of women being raped, and you wanna shut down the discussion.” Uju, who works as an associate professor of applied linguistics at Carnegie Mellon University, wrote.

They advised people to choose wisely, adding that people should not leave themselves at the mercy of the law.
A social media user explained that people need to marry those who they are compatible with because many ladies love their oppressors.
“I sense this as hypocrisy coming from Uju Anya. Your lifestyle is more of an emotional, psychological, spiritual and social threat to womanhood than rape. When you promote and participate in a lifestyle that debases womanhood, you’re equally an ecological misnomer to womanhood.” Lord Caesar highlighted.
“Madam Uju, it’s only feminists that turn marital consent into sexual abuse. If you are a lesbian, how do you know about husbands raping their wives or have you been raped by a ‘husband’? Fight for what you know and not what you feel. What about women raping men? No comment?” Okey Ojinuka questioned.
“It’s amazingly disturbing to see those who feel comfortable questioning why raping your spouse is a problem,” Aksands lamented.
“Any man born of a woman who thinks because he’s married to a woman as a wife can compel her to have sex with him anytime, whilst she’s not in the mood. Such people need urgent mental reevaluation. And if he’s alright, he must be fined and jailed!” Kumsamcampbell said.
