1. Tell me about yourself
I am energetic and a great communicator. Working in the sales department for two years helped me build confidence and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. I am punctual and dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I started. I understand my customers’ needs.
2. Why did you leave your previous Job
I have learnt a lot from my previous job, but now I am looking for a new challenge to broaden my horizon and build new skill- set- all of which I see the potential in this job. I am looking for a better opportunity to grow my career and finances.
3. What are you currently doing?
My work is important to me, so instead of rushing to accept the first thing that comes my way, I am taking my time and being selective to ensure my next role is the right one. I am working on many freelance projects as I am actively looking for a job. I am spending time being a stay-at-home mum and volunteering at my daughter’s school. I am taking some continuing education classes and seminars.
4. What do you find most rewarding about being sales (HR, Marketing and so on)?
I really enjoy making contacts and spending time talking with people. For me, the most rewarding part of being in sales is the time spent with customers, helping them make the right decision about products. I love interacting with people, and seeing them satisfied with my services feels good.
5. What are your strengths?
I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail; this trait has helped me tremendously in this field. I have always been a great team player I am also an adaptable person.
6. What are the weaknesses?
I have never been very comfortable with public speaking, which can hinder the workplace. I took public speaking classes which helped me can comfortably address a gathering, but I still don’t love it, but no one can tell. I had trouble with planning and prioritization, but I am working on correcting it.
7. Tell me about a difficulty you have faced?
In my previous job, I had to deal with IT-related questions, which I had to google. I have faced a number of difficult situations (Describe them), which I was able to deal with them (Explain how you dealt with them)
8. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years from now?
Although it is difficult to predict the future, I believe that my abilities will help me prosper and seek other opportunities like a manager. In 5 years’ time, I see myself as a valued employee in this company, through hard work and discipline, this is attainable.
9. Why should we hire you?
I am a faster learner I have to learn totally different new system in my previous job. I have a track record of performing a wide range of administrative duties, which is what this company wants. I have the right combination required for this job.
