Dr Franklin Mondo Mugisha, who is a Ugandan preacher and a motivational speaker has come out to advise people why they should not share much of their personal life saying this is the only way to live in peace.
He shared six psychological reasons why you should keep your life private:
- The less you share, the less likely people will be in your business.
- It is easier to deal with your drama when no one is privy to it.
- You will slowly stop caring about others’ opinions of you.
- Not to mention that your safety will be less compromised.
- It allows you to focus on the most important relationship in your life the one with yourself.
- It helps you connect with people on a deeper level.
