“Today I woke up to more rejection emails, and I couldn’t be strong as usual. I am tired of being strong. I’m tired of constantly worrying about how I am going to get my next meal. I am tired of trying and at this point, I feel like giving up,” she wrote.
She added that she has tried knocking on different doors, but all she got was rejection and false hope, adding that maybe, she might be doing it all wrong.
She further explained that in her circle she has always been the strong one, the one who encourages others to be strong and try again. The one who claps for others for making it but “my last breakdown sent me straight to being hospitalized. I am afraid of going down that route again. How do you do it guys?” she asked.
Dr Mandla L., the founder and CEO of Agilitee, lamented that the story of Dhlamini broke her heart, adding that the unemployment situation is getting worse in Africa.

“As business owners, if all we care about is numbers, then we have no place in the New World Society. I understand that many businesses have been through a lot since Covid 19, but I still believe that there’s room for the creation of new opportunities for our people. We may not be able to help all but the few that we are blessed enough to touch, but the difference we make in them will go a long way,” she wrote.
