Muthuri Kinyamu, a travel expert, has encouraged youths to always work hard and never be discouraged, adding that no matter how long it takes, a degree makes a difference in someone’s life, whether employed or not.

He added that in reality after graduation many realize going to the university helped them.

This has pushed many youths to engage in unlawful practices like stealing to get something to sustain themselves. This has also caused the increased number of suicide cases as many youths cannot sustain the pressure of being jobless and having a family to take care of.
