“Make sure you avoid making any of the following errors, which account for the majority of people’s failures during job interviews,” she said.

Lack of qualifications or experience: If you do not meet the job requirements or lack relevant experience, the recruiter may reject your application.

Poorly written resume or cover letter: If your resume or cover letter contains errors, is poorly written or not tailored to the job you are applying for, the recruiter may reject your application.
