If you cook your meals and sometimes get confused about what to eat, don’t worry Beatrice Wealth has prepared for us a list of food you can pick for breakfast, lunch and dinner:

Breakfast List:

  1. Smoothie
  2. Fruit bowl: Grape, apple, and orange with boiled egg and tea
  3. Bread with fried egg and tea
  4. Toast with fried/poached eggs, sausage, and tea
  5. Toast with peanut butter/butter/sardine/avocado, boiled egg, and tea
  6. Sandwich: Tomato, onion, lettuce, avocado, boiled eggs
  7. Hot dog: Bread roll, sausage, ketchup with fried eggs and tea
  8. Toast bread: Bread, butter, sardine, habanero (rodo)
  9. Oatmeal: Oat, peanut butter, grape, blueberry, granola, milk
  10. Pancake with eggs, sausages, and honey drizzle
  11. Custard or pap with milk and akara (bean cake) or moi moi (bean pudding)
  12. Cereal with milk and boiled egg
  13. Garri with sugar, groundnut, milk, and fried fish or chicken
  14. Salad

  2. Boli (roasted plantain) with groundnut and zobo
  3. Dodo (Fried plantain) with fried egg and yogurt
  4. Boiled plantain with vegetable soup
  5. Boiled/fried yam with a fried egg or vegetable soup
  6. Boiled/fried cassava with a fried egg or vegetable soup
  7. Boiled potato with egg sauce – my special recipe
  8. Fried potato (chips) with chicken and juice
  9. Sweet potato with vegetable soup

  13. Ofada rice with pepper sauce and fried beef
